CATERPILLAR / TURTLES - Non mobile babies
Our inborn reflexes encourage us to begin learning way before birth. Continue the learning and development by stimulating your baby's sensory pathways with massage, exercise, strength activities and circuit introduction incorporating rocking, rolling and spatial awareness activities. The class aims to help parents to gain an understanding about special exercises and games, which encourage balance and body awareness. There is so much that a new born baby can do and will enjoy doing, learn to pick up on your baby's cues and let the fun begin. |

TURTLES - 6 to 12 months
Crawling, creeping and inquisitive - into everything! Let's encourage this curiosity with exercises and activities that encourage time and space concepts, body awareness and games to stimulate hand, foot and eye co-ordination. Auditory and visual stimulation encourage language development and parachute activities with a unique difference! |

PENGUINS - Walking to 18 months
Tottering and toddling, creeping and cruising! - We will promote balance and spatial awareness and introduce hand and finger plays to build on language development. Our exercises and dance will introduce sequencing and directionality. Massage time will develop an understanding of sensation and how it relates to body awareness. We can enjoy a challenging circuit with lots of activities encouraging weight transfer and balance for these upwardly mobile toddlers! |
