| ENROLMENT |
| - | No places are confirmed by phone reservations. |
| - | No places are confirmed before the payment is received. |
| - | Phone enrolments/reservations should be followed up by completed and signed enrolment forms either by post, email, fax or hand in person, within 72 hours. |
| - | Parents should pay school fees by cash or cheque within one week after the enrolment forms are submitted. |
| - | Children currently attending classes in KindyROO will be given priority in re-booking for the next term. Siblings will be given next priority, followed by wait-listed children. |
| - | Enrolment is accepted at anytime during a term. Fees will be pro-rated according to the number of classes left. |
| - | Enrolment should be followed by the membership fee of $150 per year. (Please refer to the back of schedule for
more Terms and Conditions regarding the membership.) |
| - | Classes would be charged at $260/class if enrolment is less than 6 sessions. |

| DISCOUNT |
| - | We offer 10% discount when the same child enrol for more than one course in a term. (Applicable only for
enrolment of at least 10 weeks) Please clearly indicate on the enrolment form. |
| - | Siblings enrol for classes in a same term also receive 10% discount. Discount does NOT apply if both children
are not enrolled in the same term. |
| - | Early bird discount is only offered to enrolment for existing students of at least 10 weeks and at least 11 weeks
for new students. |
| - | For new students who enrol less than 6 classes will only receive 5% Early Bird discount for the following term;
10% Early Bird discount will be offered to those who enrol more than 6 classes. |

| MAKE-UP CLASSES AND REFUNDS |
| - | NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, unless the non-open classes. |
| - | Only THREE Make-up classes can be scheduled for missed classes due to illness, pre arranged overseas travel,
personal matters and public holidays. (This rule is only applicable to those who enrol for at least 10 classes; only
ONE make-up class will be offered to students who enrol for less than 6 classes.) |
| - | Please call at your earliest convenience to book for your make-up class. |
| - | All make-up classes need to be completed within the term enrolled or within the 2nd week of the following term. |
| - | Only one reservation can be made for each make-up class. An unattended reserved make-up class will be
considered given up, unless informed in advance. |

| RE-SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION |
| - | $100 administration fee will be charged for the change of a confirmed schedule. |
|
| BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS |
| - | Morning classes will be cancelled if the Typhoon no. 8 or Black Rain signals are in place at 7.45am and afternoon
classes will be cancelled if Typhoon no. 8 or Black Rain signals are in place at 11.45am. |
| - | For unusual Typhoon no. 3 or Amber/Red rain signal whereby classes need to be cancelled, notification will be
given two hours prior to start of class. |
| - | No make-up class is to be scheduled for typhoon no. 8 or black rain signals. |

| GENERAL |
| - | In accordance with Social Welfare Department guidelines, all children must be accompanied by a parent or a
designated guardian at all time inside KindyROO centre. |
| - | Adults are requested to wear socks for hygiene reasons. |
| - | If your child is unwell or has a fever please do not bring them to KindyROO. |
| - | We reserve the right to ask them to leave if they attend KindyROO under an unwell health condition. |
| - | There should be no siblings in the classroom area during class. Only children enrolled for his or her class may
participate. |

KindyROO reserves the right to change, amend or revise any of the above without prior notice. |
